My Leadership Style

I lead the way I solve problems: anticipate, empower, deliver.

Anticipate, don't react

I solve problems before they arise — validating feasibility before we scale, structuring campaigns with clear kill criteria, and building automation that removes manual error before it costs money.

Empower, don't micromanage

I've led 500+ people and 20 direct reports by giving teams ownership and clear outcomes — not by hovering. I coach people to grow, not just to deliver.

Make every decision count

I'm cost-conscious by instinct. Every initiative ties to a measurable result — 56% efficiency gain, 48% cost reduction, 40% profit growth in one year.

There is always a way

When the path isn't obvious, I find a workaround. And when there's no workaround, I build a new path. That can-do attitude turns dead ends into detours — and ideas into shipped products.
